It is our experience that benchmarking reports are most useful for monitoring and improving operational efficiencies.  Within the area of recycling and remanufacturing, Plastic Technology can provide Quarterly reporting outlining quantities of LDPE collected and landfill saved. These figures are recognised via the presentation of recycling certificates and the environmental awards.
Recognition reports Plastic Technology can provide, include:

  • LDPE volumes and collection frequency by customer
  • LDPE volumes diverted from landfill
  • Quantities of remanufactured products contributed to
  • Levels of energy recovered / saved

 Ongoing Account Management Process:

The account management process would involve collaboration between our recycling partners and Plastic Technology to evaluate key areas and review all current procedures and practices utilised in LDPE recycling efforts.

Plastic Technology in conjunction with our recycling partners nominated managers, would prepare new procedural manuals and assist our recycling partners with staff training for there implementation. The changes identified would result in improved recycling efficiencies, and increased environmental and social responsibility outcomes.

Our Account Managers meet regularly with our recycling partners Management to discuss and review the following:

  • Plan future developments.
  • Identify proactive training to maximise recycling, meeting National Packaging Covenant standards.
  • Review activity levels between our recycling partners and Plastic Technology.
  • Discuss logistic enhancements.
  • Review quarterly reports.
  • Ensure performance meets agreed standards.
  • Improve communication flow.
  • Review and update procedures.

Provide award certificates recognising environmental achievements
